The entire left side of the desk is vertical storage. It comes with moveable dividers for organization. it is great for properly storing scrapbooks in their upright position, gift bags (even the largest ones will fit), gift boxes, 12x12 papers, and craft organizers you have already purchased and filled with your tools and materials. The door closes to protect the contents as well as give the desk a nice, clean look.
